Made some needed adjustments!

Because the levels were ordered in such a messy way, people were having troubles with the difficulty. While there is no tutorial level yet (or levels, i plan on slowly add challenges over time)  at least now they are presented correctly!

This menu is all temporary. The game will be story focused, so there won't be any "choose what level you want to play" business (unless you already beat the game?)

Also added a difficulty option, that makes the game easier to play, by giving you more lives and  more time to save people. Fires grow slower, too. It's way easier!

There is also an "easy super jump", because the mechanic is kinda weird, and maybe this can help some
