Okay, dumb suggestion: Some T1 unit with 2 damage and SKULL for hp (IE, 0hp).
On level up, gains extra damage, so damage curve is 2 ->4->9 or some such. Basically, kind of weaksauce for damageing castle, but VERY good at killing whatever thing it directly in front of it. And... I think it would have good tactical value at various stages of the game, while still remaining kind of weak overall.
I like the idea! I'll think about it, for another deck! (i don't want to add anything to this one to not disrupt the perfect sauce, also i think it could easily end up being a noobtrap for people who struggle against snitches) hahahah
So I made a hypothetical new deck of fire-themed undead for Auto Necrochess and even a templar-themed enemy faction in Google Sheets. No art though I wish I had the time to make it. Just made this for fun.
i had so much stuff on my plate recently i didn't have time to check it out, but this is quite cool!
It's quite a buffing-buildup heavy deck, specially with no Shields around! Still a jack of all trades kinda, leaving multiple strategies open to possibility. I like it!
Specially liked these concepts:
Flame Mage - this is just fun, and quite interactive. I love units that make you plan each step of the turns like this
Immolated - At first i thought it might be too strong for a T1, but the fact that enemies start so far at the start of the game levels out. Still, it's quite the value for its cost after the first third of the game, so it's interesting. Maybe a bit too strong, i'd take 1 life off at minimum (so it can both reach the first enemy and kill him, but both would die). T1s LVL1 should be kinda level with a Supporter! But yeah, love the mechanic!
Avenger - this is good, of course. I was doing something with my summoning-based deck that i was playing around with (the werewolf girl!). That'll have to go for the new version of the game!
Rush - I like Rush, and i have thought about it before, but mostly for enemies, as it's a concept that's more useful for the enemy than for the player. (though it should be limited to one lane only, so you can play strategies countered by this in other lanes)
I think it loses a lot of strength in lategame, when everyone's too close. Maybe making the enemy get stunned would make this better? Or have your Rushing unit swap places with the unit in front if they are at the back, so you can better shuffle your units if needed? Need to experiment more mentally with this, but it's a cool idea! Specially tone wise, for cavalry like troops.
Smoulder Man - I really like this concept! Nothing more to say, hahaha
Fireworks - I don't think this would work! It would either have very little impact or be game breaking (I mean, the mausoleum is kind of the same, but this is that but multiplied, hahaha) It would take a lot to pay off (selling in this game not only is already at a loss, losing 2 coins of efficiency each time, but you still have to sell three units to pay off the fireworks themselves! And that's not counting that every unit sold is strength you are losing)
At level three, however, it's completely game breaking, hahahah, as you can win infinite money by buying and selling guys.
Pumpkinhead - This is an absolute menace at level three, hahahah. You gotta be careful with these summoners, i have been nerfing them nonstop since release and they are still the strongest play most of the time!
They're good if one creates corporate-driven milquetoast art. Pixel or anime is the preferred style. Oh, and gazillion of Madness, Mario or Sonic "parodies". Anything else that is indie or alternative is not welcomed there. And they are actually much more edgy nowadays than they had ever been before. The difference is that they're passive aggressive assh*les, as opposed to trolls, or jokesters before. If you're an artist, don't bother, the website is nowadays kinda dead, with a very small, but tight-knit community, who pat each other on the back. And if you ever get ever any interaction there, it's going to be highly unpleasant.
I believe the answer to that question is 18 months?
BUT, stop signal has regularly dropped in to reassure people that it is still in the pipes, so.... you can have hope that it will happen, but also don't count on it being SOON.
P.S. We all appreciate you putting in the effort to speak our language, when us monolinguals only speak one. Your sentences are looking good.
Yep, it's been a long time! At first I tried to expand the game itself, but having clashed with the reality that it's quite badly coded so I'm rebuilding it from scratch. Right now I'm also redrawing all the assets, you can check out the progress on my twitter!
Still, most of my free time is spent with my job or doing other stuff, otherwise it'd clearly be done already hahahah
It's the regular game mode, but if you make your units just strong enough (approx 15 damage/health) then they will always die in the later rounds, but they will clear enough of the units that you can finish the rest off with max level bat spells. This means you take no damage and the king takes no damage and you can technically play forever, although it would get very repetitive so I stopped at round 120.
I'm only just now realizing that you asked us to comment if we win. So, yes, I did win, and I had the full 99 HP and 99 attack:
I didn't use any summoners, so my health is less than perfect, but I felt the summoners were overpowered. I wanted to just barely scrape through the middle rounds.
If you get too strong too quickly, the king comes out and ruins everything. So I had to make every battle a draw--or as close to it as possible--to buy some time so everybody could hit the gym before the group photo.
I've played this game quite a bit now, and I definitely have a few complaints, but overall I think it's pretty good. Reminds me of the prime days of Super Auto Pets before it was filled with microtransactions. In terms of issues, some strategies are so much blatantly stronger than others that it feels necessary to win. Specifically, you NEED to have at least one super-high-attack unit for the king at the end, which I usually use the sword skeleton that doubles its attack for. Summoning is incredibly strong, just like in Super Auto Pets, though I think it's countered well enough. Sniper builds (aka the archer, kobold, and stones) feel very underpowered, being immediately countered by the drunk human and later by the shielded knights. The kobold does solve this problem with its incredibly powerful level 3, but since it's a tier 4, you pretty much are never going to get that. TLDR; Buff some builds, maybe nerf king health scaling to make sword skeleton not required. Otherwise, great game.
guys i have some ideas, The skelleton cow/ famined cow which every time it attacks it gives the unit behind a milk (milk gives 1/1 and is a tier 4, the second unit im thinking of is the kiddo is like a skelly with a those kid hat's its abilty is everytime it drinks milk it gains +1 health. Its a tier 1 skeleton and another one "the egg", its a tier three unit and it takes three turns for it to hatch. the egg does nothing, it consumes one coin per turn at any level and has no stats, once it hatches it becomes a dragon that has alot of stats (stats depending on level ofc) and its abilty is at lvl 1 it starts with the magic effect like the wizard's magic effect, at lvl 2 it starts with the magic effect and gains another one every time an enemy dies (can only do this a max of 3 times) and at lvl 3 it gains another one every move. (you cant merge an egg with a dragon only a dragon with a dragon or egg with egg)
The demon lady is to strong i feel like, the enchant should only work once per level so it can only convert once at lvl 1, twice at lvl 2 and so on, there are also alot of other op units like stoner or bone book at lvl 3 but those arent as op or they are op in a realistic way. Also is the necromancer single? OwO

Hello, dev here!
Please don't click any of the "New Update Here > Click Link*" posts! It's not me!
plesae update the game
BRO I ALMOST DID IT !!! now im sad :(
Keep trying!
A very solid game, can't recommend highly enough
I found out the hard way the king can't get succubussed...
I still reckons a Lvl 3 succubus should lead to an alt win condition.... but ONLY if its Lvl 3
(Possibly from claiming a prince rather than the king?)
Had a ton of mausoleums and sold them for the last round
level 3 succubus turns two enemies, as long as it survives the hit. So that's kinda cool
0 casualty boss fight (except summoned and converted units, but those lives don't matter)
I had a fun run.
Great game!

any skellies that buff spawned units + rats + summeners = easy win

This was great to read!
i'd probably base them around Imps, as they are one of my hellish characters (this is one for necrochessv2 with an added torch)
First No health lost win
bro this game lwk kinda hard. what's ur guys' strategies usually. I usually run summon spam, tank assassin and then tank rock dude
yeah summon is usually what I use, but ranged strats and stat strats work too... if you try hard enough
Testing this SUS link (Why is it 832 megabytes?)
Update: Nope! It's a virus! If you're going to pull the EXACT SAME SCAM multiple times, at least TRY to disguise it, you little piece of s###.
YES YES YES. ALSO, F^&% NEWGROUNDS!!
Are we against new grounds or smthn?
You bet your cutie pie that I am
Why?
why not? it's a terrible website
did they do something? last I knew of them, it was a browser-game only game site.
newground's good! very pro artist people! their edgy days are long gone, hahaha

tl;dr avoid ng
When I first saw the thumbnail, I screamed; "UZII FROM MURDER DRONES??!!" And then I actually realized.. "wait-"
Since when does it say "coming soon" I ask to know if I can have hope, because I love it
P.S.: Sorry for my poor englis
I believe the answer to that question is 18 months?

I had a blast playing summoners are the only way to go fosho thanks for the amazing game
I figured out I didn't need to go all in with summoners. All I needed to do was have one row with summoners and bards: the middle one
Infinite round strategy

how do you access this mode??
It's the regular game mode, but if you make your units just strong enough (approx 15 damage/health) then they will always die in the later rounds, but they will clear enough of the units that you can finish the rest off with max level bat spells. banger game.
Only sad that I don't get to optimize MORE after winning.
but oh well.
Unfathomable disappointment there's no secret ending if you beat the game without taking damage.
(1 row was summon-spam, 1 row was tank+medic+shielditem, 1 row was tank+assassin)
Nice! (And under ten turns, as well.)
I should also say that this is one of the best games on itch.io. Very well done!
How many blacksmiths and farmers did you use to get 99 all, lmao
crazy
Heh heh.
Here was my shopping list:
If you get too strong too quickly, the king comes out and ruins everything. So I had to make every battle a draw--or as close to it as possible--to buy some time so everybody could hit the gym before the group photo.
8 Mausoleums?!?!?!? DAAAANG!!!
I've played this game quite a bit now, and I definitely have a few complaints, but overall I think it's pretty good. Reminds me of the prime days of Super Auto Pets before it was filled with microtransactions.

love the art style, love the gameplay, very well done
This is very cool, Ive beat the game a few times already, awaiting moar stuff
I finally managed to win... I love strategy games but I'm not good at strategy games. I would love more.
i got the best run but them died to king and 1 his sons being all thats left😭
guys i have some ideas, The skelleton cow/ famined cow which every time it attacks it gives the unit behind a milk (milk gives 1/1 and is a tier 4, the second unit im thinking of is the kiddo is like a skelly with a those kid hat's its abilty is everytime it drinks milk it gains +1 health. hah, skeleton cow is a fun idea! And the dragon is quite fun too. Might think about them later! Thanks for the suggestions!!!

Hah hah. Very good :)
Nice find!
